  • What is Ireport Mo Kay LTO Chief?

    Ireport Mo Kay LTO Chief is an official citizen feedback and reporting platform of the Land Transportation Office (LTO). It allows the public to submit concerns, reports, and feedback for review by the Office of the Assistant Secretary, subject to existing laws, rules, and regulations.

  • What concerns may be reported?

    The platform accepts service-related concerns, reports of alleged irregularities or misconduct, feedback on LTO service delivery, commendations, road rage, traffic violators, colorum vehicles and suggestions for improvement. All submissions are subject to evaluation.

  • Who may submit a report or feedback?

    Any member of the public who has concerns or feedback related to LTO services may use the platform.

  • Is my personal information protected?

    Yes. All personal information collected is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and related issuances. Access is limited to authorized personnel for official use only.

  • Are anonymous reports accepted?

    Anonymous reports may be accepted. However, the lack of identifying information may limit validation, appropriate action, or the provision of updates.

  • What happens after submission?

    All submissions are logged and reviewed. When appropriate, the matter is referred to the concerned LTO office for further action, subject to due process and applicable procedures.

Types of reports we accept

We accept incident reports involving violations of Republic Act No. 4136 and Joint Administrative Order No. 2014-01.

  • DISREGARDING TRAFFIC SIGNS
  • LOADING AND UNLOADING OF PASSENGERS IN UNAUTHORIZED AREAS
  • LOST OR CARNAPPED MOTOR VEHICLE
  • LOST OR STOLEN LICENSE PLATE
  • NO HELMET WHILE RIDING OR OPERATING A MOTORCYCLE
  • SMOKE BELCHING
  • HIT AND RUN
  • APPREHENSION
  • ROAD RAGE
  • RECKLESS DRIVING
  • ALARM CONCERN (IID/DCU)
  • ILLEGAL PARKING
  • COLORUM

What qualifies as a valid report

  • With a clear brief description of the incident
  • Exact date, time, and location, including the nearest landmark
  • Appropriate photo or video of the incident (the incident must be clearly seen in the provided evidence, with a visible and readable plate number, MV file number, or conduction sticker number)
  • Police report (Hit and run case)

Examples of what does not belong here

  • Incident happed to Privately owned location, such as Mall and village/sub division.
  • DEMAND FOR PAYMENT (Damage to property)
  • Incident involving animal cruelty committed using a motor vehicle (MV) or motorcycle (MC).
