SALE OR DISPOSITION
"In the event of a sale or disposition, the owner who sold the motor vehicle (MV) shall report such sale or disposition within five (5) working days from the day of transaction. The date of transaction shall be the date of the deed of conveyance or notarial date, whichever is ealier.

If a report was made but the sale and disposition did not push through, the seller shall cancel the reporting by submitting an Affidavit stating that the sale did not push through."
